FORMER TROJANS ON THE 50TH NJCAA BASEBALL TEAM
Two former Trojans were recently recognized in Grand Junction, Colorado for their outstanding performances as past members of the Trojan baseball team. Curtis Morgan, member of the SSC Alumni Hall of Fame and Trustee of the SSC Educational Foundation, and professional baseball player Adam LaRoche, were named to the 50th Anniversary Team of the JUCO World Series.
The top ten teams in the nation compete each May in this national tournament. In observance of the 50th year of the tournament, 21 players were selected from the thousands of athletes who have played in Grand Junction, for their outstanding performances. Seminole State College was extremely fortunate to have two former players honored.
